Conjugation & Pattern

• Verb stem without patchim or ending in ㄹ (drop ㄹ) + -ㄴ 후에 / 뒤에 / 다음에 (퇴근한 후에, 만든 후에)
• Verb stem with patchim + -은 후에 / 뒤에 / 다음에 (먹은 후에, 읽은 후에)
• Noun (N) + 후에 / 뒤에 / 다음에 (수업 후에, 식사 후에, 삼십 분 후에)

Detailed Usage

Indicates that the main clause action takes place after the action in the preceding clause is completed (opposite of '-기 전에').
