Meaning: Not / do not (short negation of verbs and adjectives)

Conjugation & Pattern

  • 안 + Verb / Adjective (안 가요, 안 먹어요, 안 예뻐요)
  • Noun + (을/를) 안 + 하다 (공부를 안 해요, 운동을 안 해요)

Detailed Usage

Placed directly before a verb or adjective to negate a state or an intentional action.

Important Notes
