- Stem ending in ㄹ + ending starting with ㄴ, ㅂ, ㅅ -> Drop ㄹ (살다 + -ㅂ니다 -> 삽니다, 살다 + -시- -> 사세요)
- With (으) endings like -(으)세요, -(으)ㅂ시다, -(으)ㄹ까요: drop (으) and merge/drop ㄹ accordingly (만들다 -> 만드세요, 만듭시다, 만들까요)

Applies to all verb and adjective stems ending in 'ㄹ' (e.g., 살다, 알다, 만들다, 팔다, 열다, 멀다, 길다, 달다) when followed by ㄴ, ㅂ, or ㅅ.

Important Notes
